KalaCore Daily Care is designed to complement a balanced diet - not replace it. Take one capsule with your morning meal and a full glass of water. Each pack contains 90 capsules, enough for a three-month supply at the recommended dose.
If you miss a day, simply continue the next morning. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
