We deliver KalaCore Daily Care across the United Kingdom. Payment is collected at the door - no upfront payment is required. Below you will find details of the delivery process, timescales, and regions.
How delivery works
Once you submit your order form, a member of our team will contact you by phone to confirm your order details and delivery address. No payment is taken at this stage.
After telephone confirmation, your order is prepared and dispatched within 1-2 working days via a tracked courier service. You will receive confirmation when your parcel has been dispatched.
When the parcel arrives at your address, you pay the courier directly - in cash or by card. There is no obligation to accept the delivery if you have changed your mind; simply decline the parcel and the order is cancelled at no charge to you.
